WASHINGTON – Today Congressman John K. Delaney (MD-6) voted against H.R. 1120, which would prevent the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) from functioning. Formed in 1935, the NLRB is tasked with resolving disputes between business and labor and with preventing and remedying unfair labor practices.
