Delaney to Host Veterans One-Stop-Shop July 19 in Cumberland
Congressman John K. Delaney (MD-6) will host a Veterans One-Stop-Shop workshop Tuesday July 19 in Cumberland. The event is free and open to the public. Interested constituents are encouraged to register online by clicking here or contacting Congressman Delaney’s Hagerstown office at 301-733-2900.
The one-stop-shop will feature representatives from the Baltimore VA Regional Office as well as the representatives of local, state and federal veterans organizations.
The event is the 21st constituent services workshop Delaney has hosted since 2015.

Last month Congressman Delaney introduced the bipartisan Protecting Veterans Credit Act (H.R. 5593), legislation that creates a one year credit reporting grace period for the resolution of debt from medical services received through the VA’s Veterans Choice Program. Delaney’s legislation is supported by the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA), the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) and the National Patient Advocate Foundation.
